The International Conference of Applied Research on Textile and Materials (CIRATM-11), is a biennial scientific meeting launched in 2004 and usually organized by the Textile Engineering Laboratory (LGTex). CIRATM-11 offers to researchers from academia and industry an open international forum to present their original work and exchange ideas and information.
Regarding the success encountered with the previous editions of the conference held in Tunisia, the 11th edition of CIRATM-11 will be more and more close to worldwide researchers and practitioners who will share and discuss the latest scientific concepts and technological developments in textile materials.CIRATM-11 intends to promote sharing ideas and emerging technologies, as well as to foster research and development collaborations amongst academia, research institutions & relevant industries.

Excursion to Discover the Sahel Region – November 9

We are pleased to invite you to join us on an excursion on November 9, to discover the beauty and heritage of the Sahel region. The program includes visits to the historic sites and monuments of Sousse and Monastir. It would be a pleasure to have you with us on this cultural journey. A preferential participation fee will be applied and communicated at a later stage.  

Event Venue and Accommodation 

The event will take place at Rosa Beach Hotel (4★) , located directly opposite Monastir International Airport, Zone Touristique Skanes, Monastir 5000, Tunisia. The hotel is easily accessible from the airport (5 minutes on foot) and approximately 10 km from downtown Sousse. To benefit from the special event rates, bookings must be made through the organizing committee.  

The main objective of this international event is to promote innovation and creativity among researchers involved in research and development activities of textiles and materials.

People from the whole spectrum of the textile, polymeric material, engineering and fashion industry: people involved in fiber production, polymer manufacturing, fiber supply, textile manufacturing and processing, textile and clothing machinery industry, leather and garment manufacturing, end-users from all fields of textile applications, design, retail, marketing, composite materials, garment consumption, academia and students.
